Patients with general medical illnesses and accompanying illnesses (such as allergies, cardiac disease, diabetes mellitus, Marcumar therapy, haemophilia or other bleeding disorders, organ transplantations, problems during pregnancy, neuralgia) as risk patients can frequently only be insufficiently medically cared for in normally equipped dental practices.
